What is the recommended flow for a filter in an aquarium tank 2.5 liter?
It seems that the default settings in the filter (max) is too small for the tank. I was looking at the recommended rate of the supplied filter (Whisper Micro Filter). GPH I worry that a too high can not be good for fish health. Around 10 mini-fish (ie, bettas, and related). The website is: http://www.kokosgoldfish.com/ Good site though!
As Generally, you should aim to provide at least ten times the tank volume per hour in traffic. ie for a 400L tank 4000L/hr goal in circulation. A tank of 2.5 liters is usually too small for 10 fish, so that increased traffic would help maintain enough oxygen in the tank so can survive.
